Three courses that are rich in tradition will be prepared with passion by Lindi and served at a communal table. A welcome apéritif served with an amusebouche will be followed by Soupe à l’Oignon Grantinée, Coq au Vin served with Pomme de Terre Persil, and Poire Belle Hélène.
