Ashwill has worked at all the Ocean Basket outlets in the Eastern Cape region and in some stores in the Western Cape, particularly the Garden Route. He has been with the brand for 14 years. When he first started, he was working his way up to become the head of sushi. He has also worked as a FOH & BOH Manager and is currently employed as Training Support Manager at Ocean Basket Head Office. Having received masterclass training from World Sushi Champion, Pepi Anevski, Ashwill enjoys opportunities to share his knowledge and love of sushi.
