Asian-inspired dishes for over ten years. From humble beginnings at a franchise restaurant in Cape Town
to introducing sushi and ramen at Milk on the Beach, Cephas’s love for cooking shows in his creations.
He believes in the magic of fresh ingredients and authentic classical techniques.
