Christine is a qualified home economist, dietician and cookbook author with more than 20 years’ experience in the catering, specialty cakes, recipe development, food styling and food consulting industry. Operating from her food studio in Hermanus, she does food consulting to restaurants and hotels, offers cooking classes, custom-made South African cooking experiences, speciality cakes and bespoke catering for intimate events and corporate meetings.

Her recipes are inspired by the ingredients she loves, always seasonal, ethically sourced and the best quality she can possibly find. Christine likes fresh, uncomplicated food and always strives to develop recipes that most cooks can relate to and don’t have to spend hours preparing. Her love for food and travel keeps her on top of the latest cooking trends.
