Nick Dall has an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Cape Town. He’s written about everything from coelacanths to circus acts, but it’s the barely believable tales of our past that get him most excited. He lives in Cape Town with his wife and kids.
Together with Matthew Blackman he has written three books on South African history. Rogues’ Gallery traces flagrant and feckless corruption in South Africa all the way back to 1652. Spoilt Ballots looks at our long and crooked walk to democracy. And Legends tells the stories of a dozen remarkable men and women who changed South Africa for the better.
