Peter Bruce

Journalist

Peter Bruce is a columnist for The Sunday Times, Business Day and the Financial Mail. He is a former editor of Business Day and of the Financial Mail, and former Editor in Chief of both. He spent 20 years on the staff of the Financial Times, travelling and reporting widely and serving as a staff correspondent in Germany, Japan and Spain.

In London he became European News editor and then UK News Editor before returning to South Africa to become editor of a newly-launched Business Report. He takes a keen interest in local and international current affairs and looks forward to having more time to look after his garden at home in Stanford.
