Pieter Ferreira as an acknowledged expert of sparkling wine, is rightly known as “Mr Bubbles”,. After working at Cabriere and in Champagne, he joined Graham Beck in 1990 to what was to become one of the country’s prestige sparkling wine outfits. In 2015 he and the company celebrated their history of 25 years with production now in the millions of bottles.
He travels constantly, consulting and researching internationally, proclaiming that the ultimate sparkle is a never-ending quest.
