Sumien is a lecturer and the course developer at the Warwick’s Chef School in Hermanus, specialising in baking and patisserie.
She holds a professional Chef Diploma, as well as a qualification in specialty cake decorating and sugarcraft. She is also a qualified facilitator, assessor and moderator.
Sumien is passionate about ‘all things sweet’ and sharing her knowledge and skills on how to elevate even the simplest dessert into something spectacular.
