Learn about the healing properties of indigenous botanicals derived from fynbos and herbs while enjoying a sensory experience in the form of pain-relieving creams, fragrant tea infusions and novel culinary flavours.
Millucia of Yenn will demonstrate the combinations of botanicals, spices and minerals in four healing creams, with samples to take home. Participants will then indulge in a tasting of fynbos tea infusions and culinary herbs, salts and vinegar served with olive oil and ciabatta presented by Giselle of South African Fynbos®.
